Did you know that 20% of people over the age of 50 experience changes in their ability to swallow? In this lecture, expert speech-language pathologists will explain how changes in muscle strength, sensitivity, and reflexes can impact swallowing. Additionally, they will describe typical aging symptoms, abnormal signs, and proactive solutions related to swallowing.
